Vehicles are to include: cars, MPVs, minibuses, small and large accessible vehicles capable of transporting wheelchair users, larger buses and coaches of all sizes.
The Council has a statutory duty to meet the transport needs of individuals based on their assessment of need and when related eligibility criteria are met.
