1. Who we are
rfp.quest (“the Service”) is operated by Fractional Quest Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17322105), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
rfp.quest aggregates and categorises UK public-sector tender data and provides search, preference-based matching, and related tools. Free browsing and search are provided at no charge. Paid tiers add additional features as described on our pricing page. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features from time to time.
3. Tender data & accuracy
Tender information is sourced from public government publications, including Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We categorise and enrich this data on a best-efforts basis but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Always verify details, deadlines and requirements against the original notice before acting. We are not the contracting authority for any tender and are not responsible for the procurement process.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the information in your company profile and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and use the Service lawfully. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page; this permanently removes your account data.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute the Service’s enriched data or features except as expressly permitted by a paid API or export entitlement, nor attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service. The underlying public tender data remains available under the Open Government Licence from its original sources.
6. AI-assisted features
Where the Service generates draft content (for example bid drafting or match explanations), that output is provided as assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying and finalising any content before you rely on or submit it. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate, compliant or suitable for a particular tender.
7. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from tender outcomes or decisions made using the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@rfp.quest. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
