The brief

The London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) will be inviting tenders in 2023 for two supported housing services.

One service will for people with severe and enduring mental health needs and will fit into the LBL mental supported housing pathway.

It will be a 15 bed service across 2 buildings, providing 24 hour cover.

The service will work closely with SLaM.

The other service will be for Care Leavers.

There are no buildings attached to this contract, LBL is looking for providers to bring suitable buildings for a 10 to 20 bed service.

The landlord of these buildings would need to be a Registered Social Landlord.

There will be a market warming event for this contract on Thursday the 23/02/2023 from 3pm.

The event will take place remotely over Microsoft Teams.

During this meeting the service details will be presented and questions / suggestions will be welcomed from attendees.
