Electronic Market Place for Kirklees Welcomes Assisting Vulnerable Migrants, Asylum Seekers and Refugees
The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") is conducting this procurement exercise, in accordance with the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102), and intends to establish an Electronic Market Place ("EMP") with Providers with relevant experience and ability to assist vulnerable migrants, asylum seekers and refugees.
Vulnerable migrants, Asylum Seekers and Refugees face difficult practical situations or face barriers in accessing and engaging with services.
Coming to a new place can be disorientating and confusing.
We are looking for providers who can provide support and integration services to asylum seekers, refugees and migrants living in accommodation within the Kirklees area.
