The new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will provide a solid foundation to deliver improvements and innovation including working towards the integration of health and social care at the locality level, maximising the use of technology enabled living to improve health and wellbeing, increased efficiency, and a reduction of the environmental impact of service delivery and adding social value.
The Council wishes to work with provider partners who will establish a strong presence in their areas of operation and work strategically and collaboratively with stakeholders and each other to improve the outcomes for people.
