Birmingham's Safeguarding Children's Partnership (BSCP) is seeking to establish a high quality and cost-effective Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) under the Light Touch Regime, consisting of qualified Individuals / Organisations to offer learning and development services, providing locally delivered, flexible skills training and Sector specific training.
