The development site will deliver a mix of house types to respond to local housing need, including family homes and accessible flats.
The houses will be traditional two-storey construction with gardens and off-street parking.
The flats will be located within a single block, designed to high accessibility standards, with communal entrances, refuse storage, secure cycle storage, and appropriate levels of car parking.
The construction of all dwellings is traditional Design and Build.
