The brief

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) is seeking to establish a shared web and digital front-end capability that supports the design, delivery, migration, and operation of digital delivery across the organisation.

This is not simply a website redevelopment exercise.

It represents a shift towards a standardised enterprise digital capability based on shared information architecture, reusable design patterns, common technology platforms, and consistent operational support.

The proposed model combines Umbraco Cloud SaaS CMS capability, React front-end delivery, Azure-hosted shared services, and alignment to the Scottish Government Design System with controlled SCTS branding overlays.
