Planned projects over the next two financial years include, but are not limited to, HVAC upgrades, building refurbishments (internal and external), lighting improvements, fire alarm systems, electrical switchgear and air handling unit upgrades, and associated grounds works.

We are therefore seeking a supplier that has experience of delivering comparable estates consultancy services within a policing environment and/ or to other UK Law Enforcement, Defence, or Criminal Justice customers with strict security and vetting requirements comparable to policing.
The appointed consultant will provide client-side advisory
The appointed consultant will provide client-side advisory and delivery support, working under the direction of the Estates Manager, who will retain overall project management responsibility.
