Support the planning and delivery of investment programmes.
Be scalable, secure, and user-friendly for both technical and non-technical users.
Enable whole stock and individual property reporting with ease.
Offer innovation and efficiencies in regards to processes and integration.

All data must be stored and processed within the UK or a country aligned to UK GDPR guidelines.
The supplier must comply with recognised security standards such as Cyber Essentials.
The provider must be providing technical solutions to current UK housing providers with a stock level of > 5000 The system must offer functionality to run and manage planned work programmes Mobile working must be fully supported to enable remotely based staff to securely connect with the system to undertake surveys and inspections.
The system should offer integration with existing Housing Management and Finance systems.
