This framework agreement/competitive tender is for the provision of clearance and cleaning services in predominantly void (untenanted) social housing properties and communal areas to general need blocks, but not limited to:  Property and Garden Clearances (including roof/loft spaces)  Pre and post cleaning of void properties  Carpet cleaning  Rubbish removal  Offensive graffiti removal  Pest control  Hoarding dispersal  Needle sweeps  White goods disposal There may also be occasions where additional contracted services are required including but not limited to:  Collection and disposal of fly tipping  Specialist deep cleaning to dwellings and land as directed  Minor graffiti removal  Hazardous waste removal  Garage site clearances and disposal  Decanting of resident's personal effects to CCDC approved management site The successful supplier MUST be able to complete a clear…
