The Council owns Poult Wood Golf Club in Tonbridge, which was originally constructed in the mid-1970s.

It is a golf club comprising of golf course, squash courts, changing rooms, meeting room, shop, a self-contained 3-bedroom flat, a clubhouse with kitchen and dining facilities, and associated plant areas.
