This contract is for Durham County Council for a Framework Agreement for the Maintenance, Service and Repair of Kitchen Ventilation Systems along with the testing of general ductwork.

Durham County Council intends to appoint the successful Contractor as number one ranked bidder on the framework.

The second placed bidder will be ranked second on the Framework and held in reserve.

The contract for Durham County Council is to cover a wide and diverse range of properties, approximately 180 kitchens and 80 general ductwork inspections in establishments including office accommodation, public buildings, educational establishments including Academies, leisure facilities, fire and rescue stations etc.

The opportunity is issued as a single contract without Lots and Durham County Council intends to appoint the successful contractor as number one ranked bidder on the framework.

The second placed bidder will be held in reserve.

There is a requirement for the successful Contractor to provide unlimited emergency call outs 24-hour, 365 days a year, response times shall be within 4 hours.
