This opportunity is a major part of the police forces Policing Vision 2025 and will be suitable for suppliers who have considerable experience in delivering major IT and business change management projects in the police sector.
Further suppliers interested in this opportunity must be able to fully mobilise by mid-July 2018 and have capacity and capability to operate across England and Wales with regional hubs in the following areas; London, Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham and Bristol.
An overview of the requirement is as follows: The scope of work that the client side delivery partner must deliver is defined by the following capabilities: • PMO Function • Productivity Services • Identity Access Management • National Management Centre • Security Risk Management These are required to enable UK police forces to have a secure platform and national standards that enable new digital ways of working and collaborating that underpin the Policing Vision 2025; whilst maintaining the autonomy for local decision-making and the control of their digital assets in particular related to Identity Asset Management, Productivity Services, Cyber Security (National management centre) and Security Risk Management.
