The service must be delivered where there is identified need at the convenience of the patient in their community where it will be easily accessible.
The North of England Commissioning Support Unit (NECS) is managing the procurement process for and on behalf of NHS Cumbria CCG.
NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with potential providers.
Accordingly, all communications and submissions will be conducted via the In-Tend Portal, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/necs.

The financial threshold for the service is £64,166 for the 11 month duration.
Bidders are requested to complete a Financial Model Template (FMT) indicating their costs for running this service.
Bidders will be scored on how far below the threshold they can deliver the service for as detailed within Document 1 - Request for Quotation Document.
Bids received exceeding the financial threshold will be deemed non-compliant and will take no further part in the procurement.

Please note the deadline for submission is 12 noon 09 April 2015.
