Café Operator Concession - Supplier Engagement Event This is an invitation for suitable providers for a fully manage Café Operator Concession solution to attend an event to discuss potential opportunities in relation to the facility in order to help inform our specification in readiness for a forthcoming tender opportunity.
We are seeking a sole operator to undertake a concession in the busy Newcastle City Community & Information Hub and Library, which is located within the city centre just off key shopping streets.
The facility also contains a number of function rooms and provision of additional services in the building.
As a minimum, the potential supplier will offer the following: • The ability to offer a fully managed Café Concession • Previous / similar experience of running a static based concession • A commitment to support the Council maximise the commercial opportunity of the concession whilst maintaining a high level of service This event is free of charge.
No expenses will be paid by the Council for your attendance.
Event Date: Wednesday 31st January 2018 Location: City Community & Information Hub and Library Charles Avison Building 33 New Bridge Street West Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8AX 1 hour sessions will be scheduled which intend to discuss possible solutions for the concession followed by a short tour of the facility.
Sessions will take place from 09:00 am.

These sessions will be on a first come first serve basis.
You will be given a timeslot to attend the event when your registration has been received.
