Framework for the Provision of Consumables for Interventional Neuro Radiology and assocciated accessories to members of the Shelford Group

Framework for the Provision of Consumables for Interventional Neuro Radiology and assocciated accessories to members of the Shelford Group to include:- Detachable Coils ; Carotid Stents; Guide Catheters, standard, distal access, intracranial access; Micro Catheter; Flow Guided Micro Catheter; Micro Guide Wire- neuro use only; Flow Diverters; Aneurysm Devices; Thrombectomy/Clot Retrieval Devices; Balloon Catheters intracranial; Embolization Material for intracranial use; Rapid Exchange Angioplasty Balloons for carotid use.

The Framework Agreement shall be 24 months duration with possible 2 x 12 month extension options i.e. a maximum period of 4 years duration.

Should The Shelford Group choose to extend the Framework Agreement the existing terms and conditions of contract will apply for the extension period(s).
