The Scope of Work comprises the procurement, construction, commissioning and handover of a two-storey school to accommodate Teaching Classrooms, WCs, staff and administration space, ((Approximately 9,657 m² GIA).

The new school is intended to be built on an existing sports field site bordered one side by the Duke of Northumberland River and in close proximity to Heathrow Airport.
