'The University is looking to appoint a main building contractor to design and construct a proposed new circa 230 Nr bed spaces student residential accommodation, within the campus adjacent to the existing All Saints Court residential accommodation.
It is anticipated that the new building will be completed and fully commissioned in readiness for use at the commencement of the academic year commencing in September 2016.
Allowing for the University's own processes and activities, this would suggest a practical completion date no later than August 2016.
It is anticipated that the main building contractor will be entirely responsible for all infrastructure/utilities requirements and fitting out the new residential accommodation, together with all furniture to provide a turn-key' facility.'
