NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (NHS Arden and GEM CSU) on behalf of NHS England (Public Health, North Midlands) invited suitably qualified providers to deliver a School Aged Immunisation Service in Shropshire (including Telford and Wrekin).

The contract is for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year.

Immunisations to be included are: • Meningococcal C (MenC) - containing vaccine (Meningitis ACWY) Immunisation Programme, Years 9 school cohort years. **This vaccine should be offered to older unimmunised school aged individuals who may self-refer** • Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Immunisation Programme for girls, Years 8 and 9 school cohort years • Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Immunisation Programme for boys, Years 8 and 9 school cohort years • TD/IPV (Teenage Booster) Immunisation Programme, Years 9 school cohort years. **This vaccine should be offered to older unimmunised school aged individuals who may self-refer** • Seasonal influenza immunisation programme for children (AGE) Reception to Year 6 school cohort years • Possible MMR Catch up cohort programme to support the national strategy on elimination of MMR
