The brief

Water Matters is a tracking survey of household customer views on their water and sewerage services.

Therefore, the survey, methodology and analysis must be consistent with previous years to support robust trend analysis.

In bidding for this contract, suppliers must be certain they can replicate the previous methodology in all respects.

This must be a telephone survey of household water bill payers in England and in Wales.

It must use the same sampling approach and quotas as in previous years i.e. a random digit dial landline survey sample with quota controls to +/- 5% of the most recent census data by region, plus a sample of mobile only households NOTE: Water Companies may commission additional Booster Surveys in conjunction with this contract.

The contract value of £275000 (ex VAT) represents potential total value of spend related to this contract both directly from CCW and indirectly from Water Companies.
