The project comprises the Partial Demolition, Design, Construction of Enfield Centre and College House at the site of Mabgate Site 62-67 Mabgate, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS9 7DZ.

The gross internal area of tender opportunity is circa 6500m2 across the two buildings comprised of a combination of teaching space, office space and ancillary support areas.

Following the tender process, LEG intends to enter into an NEC 4 Option A contract ("Contract"). with the successful Tenderer for the delivery of the works.

LEG is conducting this procurement, as a single stage process, using the open procedure, pursuant to Regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).
