Cheshire East Council is seeking to appoint providers for the delivery of the Healthy Young Minds (HYM) service.
The service aims to offer secure, sustainable support to all children and young people who may need help or advice in order to achieve good emotional wellbeing.\r \r The service will bring together colleagues from early years, education, health and the voluntary sector to support children, families and professionals, in Cheshire East, in their efforts to improve mental health outcomes.\r \r The service will include children, young people aged 0-19 (up to 25 for SEND) and their families who reside or attend school in borough of Cheshire East.\r \r The Provider[s] will ensure the service delivery model encompasses:\r • Direct delivery of therapeutic interventions\r • Support for schools to implement evidence-based tools and resources\r • Infrastructure and alliance development\r • A simple, accessible referral pathway to support CYP and their families\r \r The service will consist of 4 lots (bidders may apply for max.
