The BBC is looking for a supplier(s) to provide an Employee Assistance Programme and a Bullying and Harassment Helpline.
The requirement is split into two (2) Lots: Lot 1- Employee Assistance Programme: Lot 2 – Bullying and Harassment Helpline.
The initial contract term will be two (2) years following which the BBC may at its discretion extend the term by up to 24 months.
The BBC reserves the right to extend one of the Lots and not the other.
