Barrow BC wish to contract with an organisation(s) that will create high quality seasonal floral displays with hanging baskets, barrier baskets, tiered planters and tubs to enhance the overall visual appearance of Barrow and Dalton's town centres.
The options available are Option 1 - To provide planted hanging baskets (Spring & Summer - Summer only 2023) and barrier baskets (summer only) with the seasonal bedding plants as per specification and remove and dispose of the material after the specified date.
