Talent Conversations - Train the Trainer - NHS South West Leadership Academy
NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of NHS South West Leadership Academy (the Commissioner) is seeking to procure an Expert provider with the capacity and expertise to design and deliver a two-day Talent Conversations Workshop with a Train the Trainer element, using the MPC-T at the centre, to develop TM Practitioners and Line Managers from NHS organisations across England: to understand the Talent Management conversation process and their role as a manager in talent management. to develop practical skills to support a maximising potential conversation using conversation and career development tools. to successfully hold a two-way conversation with agreed outcomes, where both parties feel listened to, understood and valued. to be able to adapt talent potential conversations to their own organisational and system cultures. to be able to recognise and embrace difference and diversity in talent conversations, and increase self-awareness of unconscious bias. to address negative and difficult conversations in a confident and positive way. to ensure positive outcomes from every conversation.

There is a maximum envelope of £49,000 (inclusive of VAT) available for this project.
The purpose of this ITQ is to solicit professional, properly defined and costed propositions and solutions.
