The brief

The Company is procuring a framework agreement which is open for itself and all policing bodies and law enforcement agencies to use.

The Company intends to award its own call-off contract immediately upon completion of the framework agreement, with service delivery commencing for the Company from 1 April 2021 (with any transition and implementation effort being completed before that date).

Additional call-off contracts may be awarded at any time during the remainder of the term of the framework agreement, subject to the provisions regarding the term of call-off contracts as set out in the framework agreement and template call-off contract (including, without limitation, that any other customer's call-off contract must be co-terminous with that of the Company).

The Company will operate as agent for other customers in managing their call-off contracts, to ensure streamlined service delivery.

Further details are included in the framework agreement and template call-off contract.

The estimated value of the framework described in this OJEU notice is £6million.

This is on the assumption that a number of call-off contracts, in addition to the Company's own contract, are awarded.

The Company estimates the value of its own contract (assuming that all five years of the call-off contract term are utilised) to be £2-£3million.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company gives no warranty or representation as to the value of any call-off contract, or the number of call-off contracts, if any, which may be awarded
