Hereford Shell Store Business Incubation Centre - Operator Soft Market Testing
Herefordshire Council is undertaking a soft market testing exercise.
This provides potential operators the opportunity to help shape future commission for the centre due to open in Spring 2020, share ideas and good practice and express an interest in future opportunities.
The council will use the information to appraise options and to develop the specification for the operation of the centre.
As part of the commissioning process for the operator of the Shell Store Incubation Centre, a new £7.3m, 1100 sqm, business incubation centre in Hereford which is currently under construction and is to include dedicated business space and hot desk facilities;
