The brief

Newark & Sherwood District Council has appointed (under Lot 8E of ESPO framework 664-17) suitably qualified and experienced consultants to work in partnership with the Council to project manage and provide an updated master plan and viability appraisal relating to a 'transformational project' focussing on the growth and regeneration of the Yorke Drive estate (predominantly Council housing) in Newark; along with proposals for delivering new homes on the adjacent Lincoln Road playing fields (Council general fund land).

The contract for this assignment will start in September 2017 and is timetabled for completion by December 2018.
