Expression of Interest for a Domiciliary Care service
This service is for people who have been assessed as requiring care and support in their own home from a provider who is regulated by the CQC.
This service is normally for adults over the age of 18 living within the city of Plymouth or has a Plymouth registered GP, although there may be some 16 - 18 year olds supported by this service who are in transition to Adult Services.
This service will also support people who have end of life needs.
The Commissioners intend to procure an existing service of 1,000 hours per week through a single block contract arrangement for a period of one year plus one annual increment.
The contract will be expected to commence on the 1 April 2018.
A fixed hourly rate of £15.08 will be paid until 30 September 2018.
The fixed hourly rate will be increased to £16.08 from 1 October 2018.
