Buckinghamshire Council is requesting information about the commissioning of a Shared Lives service.
Shared Lives is a type of community-based care where a person with adult social care needs receives care in a family home environment.
There are three types of services in Shared Lives - Long term arrangements, Short Breaks (respite) and Day Support.
Suppliers are invited to participate in this exercise by completing the attached questionnaire.
This will help the Council understand the market and whether there is interest in this specific opportunity.
