In January 2020, the Building for Lewisham (BfL) programme was officially launched. \r \r The BfL programme highlighted Lewisham among a number of Council-owned sites held within the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) which were under-used in their current form and therefore presented opportunities to deliver new housing. \r \r The Ladywell Park Gardens scheme, obtained planning consent in October 2024 and will provide 102 new homes over 4 comprising 64 homes across three blocks, achieved planning consent at the start of February 2024.
