We are looking to conduct an initial strategic discovery exercise across our Insight Directorate to identify opportunities to better utilise the data collected through the services we provide and seek a third party supplier's expertise on how to take service delivery and customer experience to the next level, to ensure we can drive better informed decision making across the NHS.
