Coventry City Council's Adult Education Service (CAES) are seeking a cloud hosted, computer diagnostic tool to perform initial screening to check for learning difficulties in new apprentices.
The ideal platform will as a minimum: o Be cloud based. o Provide an interactive test accessible to neuro-diverse learners. o Meet evidence requirements for Apprenticeship funding rules. o Provide standardised scores in categories including processing speed, reading speed, maths processing speed, memory. o Provide evidence suitable for access arrangements through JCQ (form 8).
The expected number of apprentices that the platform maybe used for is around 200 learners per annum.
CAES are seeking to identify and explore potential solutions.
If your organisation can provide a cloud based solution to would meet the bullet points above, please submit via correspondence on the Councils e-tendering site (www.csw-jets.co.uk) a overview of your organisation (including contact details) and your solution (no more than 2 pages of A4) by 12:00pm Friday 2nd August 2024.
CAES will review the responses and contact any suppliers who in their opinion demonstrate a solution that would be suitable for CAES and potentially invite them to a follow up procurement to deliver the requirement.
The Council reserves the right not to follow up with every supplier that responds.
