Passenger Transport Services, Lots 1,2,3 & 4 reopening

This Procurement is reopening an approved provider list (APL) for the provision of an open tendering process to procure a range of different transport services to meet the needs of passengers in Lambeth: children, young people, and vulnerable adults with an identified need for transportation.

The approved provider list (APL) has been effective from 1 August 2021 until 31 July 2025, with an option to extend for a further two years.

Successful providers appointed onto the approved provider list will provide passenger transport services for children, young people and vulnerable adults with special educational needs and/or challenging behavior, physical, sensory or learning disabilities and/ or severe medical needs (specialist); both within and beyond the London Borough of Lambeth on a planned and / or ad hoc basis as well as planned and ad hoc standard universal passenger journeys.

The approved provider list will be separated into four as below: 1.

Lot 1: Planned universal passenger transport services 2.

Lot 2: Planned specialist passenger transport services 3.

Lot 3: Ad hoc universal passenger transport services 4.

Lot 4: Ad hoc specialist passenger transport services Service providers may bid for any combination of the service Lots and there is no limit on the number of Lots that service providers can bid to deliver.

The London borough of Lambeth reserves the right not to consider any tender submission received after the deadline or make an award.
