The Greater Data Programme will empower Defence to become a "need to share and data-centric" connected enterprise, where quality trusted data is available to those who need it, ready for interrogation and exploitation, driving faster better decisions.
The Greater Data Programme is implementing and embedding a data fabric across Defence, to optimise data exploitation, increase data security and reduce total cost of ownership.
The Programme is planned for two years and will be educating and handing over to Business as Usual as soon as practicable.
