In August 2018, the Government issued its Rough Sleeping Strategy committing to halve rough sleeping by 2022 and to end it altogether by 2027.
Funding has been awarded to Tendring District Council to help tackle the problems of rough sleeping found in the Tendring area.
The funding awarded is to be spent over a 12 month period.
