BlueLight Commercial are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider with extensive experience of working within policing and criminal justice to embed a bespoke and dedicated 0800 or freephone number for the public to use, which to enable them to confidentially report information about any member of the police workforce who they believe are taking advantage of their role and/or abusing their position of power.
This may be for a variety of reasons including financial or sexual purposes, or behaviour that is motivated by prejudice.

It is intended to create a framework where Forces and Policing Organisations across the UK, including Police Scotland, Police Service of Northen Ireland and Non-Home Office Forces will be able to call off and utilise the successful provider to then deliver services across that force.
The provider must also be able to operate across different mediums (phone/online/mobile).
