The brief

Birmingham City Council’s (BCC) Climate Change and Environment Team is seeking quotations from organisations or individuals to act in a project management role on behalf of Birmingham’s Green Commission who are working across the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBS LEP) area to support efforts to increase the amount of low and zero carbon energy generated across the area and support the shift to a low carbon economy.

The successful bidder will be responsible for overseeing delivery of a number of pieces of work being commissioned by BCC totaling up to £250,000 including: • Energy Mapping for Cannock Chase, East Staffordshire, Lichfield, Redditch, Solihull and Tamworth and a summary report which brings together all previous work completed for all GBS LEP authorities • Energy Masterplanning for the most promising potential schemes across Cannock Chase, East Staffordshire, Lichfield, Redditch, Solihull and Tamworth. • Selly Oak Feasibility Study • Tyseley Feasibility study • Greater Icknield Project Development • Birmingham Heat Network and Canals Opportunities Study If you are interested in applying and would like a copy of quotation document please register an interest on in-tend.
