The brief

7 samples taken from 3 stations within the Croker Carbonate Slabs SCI were surveyed using a 0.1m2 Day grab.

Sub-samples were taken by inserting a 30mm diameter core to collect the top 50mm of sediment.

Samples are stored in approximately 4% formalin.

The ‘Croker_Meiofauna.xlsx’ sample details sheet provided contains information such as sediment description and station location.

The aims of this survey are to identify the meiofaunal community present near the submarine structures made by leaking gases.

Quantity: All 7 samples detailed in the sample detail spread sheet (attached) Delivery Date / Contract start date: Samples will be made available for collection, by the successful contractor, as soon as possible PLEASE READ RFQ (attached) FOR FUTHER DETAILS
