Research Project into the Impact of Housing Growth in Rural Areas

Wychavon District Council is inviting Quotes from potential suppliers for the provision of a research project into the `Impact of Housing Growth in Rural Areas'.

This research project is to provide the Council with an improved understanding of the impacts of housing growth, both negative and positive, in respect of; whether the council is doing enough to support the delivery of housing in the rural parishes, the suitability for the new occupants to meet their housing needs, how this new housing growth affects community cohesion, the impact for the local economy and the sustainability of the community and parish where the housing growth has taken place.

The outcomes of the research and any best practice recommendations will inform the Council in consideration of it's operational arrangements, strategic planning and decision making.

The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the procurement documents, contractors will need to register their company details at the above website.

Once registered, contractors will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents.

Contractors will need to search for the invitation under Wychavon District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
