2016 - 387 Provision of comprehensive gas servicing, responsive Repairs and Installation of domestic heating systems

WM Housing Group is seeking to appoint a competent experienced gas servicing, responsive repairs and installation of domestic heating systems service provider to service and maintain the gas installation within approximately 19,000 dwellings that form part of the housing stock of the WM Housing Group.
There may also be approximately 100 boiler replacements per annum, subject to operational requirements.
The geographical areas covered in the first instance will be a split of approximately : Lot 1 - 7,300 Whitefriars properties in the Coventry North areas Lot 2 - 7,400 Whitefriars properties in the Coventry South areas Lot 3 - 2,600 Nexus and Kemble properties across Hereford and Worcestershire area Lot 4 - 5,200 Optima properties in the Birmingham area However, the Contracting Authority may wish to extend the service into other geographical areas to cover properties in which the Contracting Authority has a vested or other contractual interest, either now or for the duration of this contract.
No business whatsoever is guaranteed under any resulting agreement or Contract indeed there is no guarantee that any agreement or contract will be put in place in relation to this notice.
No compensation etc will be paid if a tender or resulting agreement is withdrawn for any reason.
