Bracknell Forest Borough Council (the "Council") intend to procure a private sector partner ("PSP") with whom to establish an incorporated joint venture for the development of multiple sites in Bracknell and the surrounding area.

This may include the PSP providing construction and/or development management services to the Council and/or the joint venture entity.
