The Council is seeking an experienced and customer focussed property services provider with strategic and operational capability to deliver Core Services including: managing effectively and efficiently repairs and maintenance of the Council's estate, providing advice on the allocation of funding on priorities and strategic requirements, drafting a new asset strategy, managing and providing advice on energy and utility requirements, developing a planned maintenance and capital programme; procuring services and works contracts, managing the Council's estate in accordance with health and safety and RICS compliance, offering a 24 hour emergency call-out service with a 60 minute response time, maintaining records via property and asset management software, providing a valuation service, and agreeing all negotiations and providing Heads of Terms and legal instructions to the Council's legal team to provide legal completions.

Under the new Public Contract Regulations 2015 the Council is required to publish all tender documentation for information at the time of the contract notice.

Submission deadline for the Stage 1 Pre-qualification Questionnaire is 7pm on 14th October 2015.
