The reuqirement is to strip out of former department store back to shell.
Works include removal of existing partitions, floor covers, ceilings and M&E services/ .
The Contract will be for an initial period of 6 months with an option to extend for a further period up to a total of 6 months.
The maximum contract term will therefore be 1 year.
The contract is anticipated to commence from the 3rd March 2025.
