SBC 1124 Pre-market Engagement - SBC Mechanical Services Corporate Estate

Stevenage Borough Council invite suitable companies that provide Mechanical Services to attend a market engagement session at Stevenage Borough Council, Daneshill House, Stevenage, SG1 1HN, on Monday 25th November.

The event will run from 10am - 11.30am.

The Mechanical Services contract will provide planned and reactive services.

The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of planned and reactive Mechanical services, including but not limited to Gas Boiler Servicing, Water Hygiene Services including Water Risk Assessments, Air Conditioning Servicing and Duct/Extractor Cleaning.

Members of the Council's Facilities Management team will deliver a short presentation setting out the details of the opportunity, services required and the procurement process.

This will be followed by the opportunity for attendees to ask questions.

The Council would like to extend this invitation to companies and organisations of all sizes including local SME's.

Please note that there is a mandatory minimum annual turnover requirement of £1.3m for this contract and bidders must be able to demonstrate public sector experience.
