Expression of Interest for the Management of the Operation of the Climbing Wall at Evesham Leisure Centre

Wychavon Leisure who run the facilities on behalf of Wychavon District Council are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced climbing professional or organisation who is interested in operating and maintaining the climbing wall facilities at Evesham Leisure Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious organisation to develop a climbing based business operation, increase participation, retain all fees, provide instruction and coaching and retain related retail income within the arrangements of the contract.

The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website.

Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents.

Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Wychavon District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
