This Framework Agreement will facilitate the delivery of All age continuing care assessment and review services, alongside existing NHS delivery teams.

This invitation to tender (ITT) process will be conducted under Regulation 74 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) known as the "Light Touch Regime."
