Provision of Structural Justification Resource in Support of ER 2014 Licenses
The Explosives Inspectorate within HSE require suitably qualified and experienced individual(s) to assess the validity and accuracy of structural justification documents prepared to support the issue of explosives licences for the manufacture or storage of explosives.
The output from the Contractor will be reports which confirms the suitability and accuracy of the technical assessment undertaken to provide HSE, with the assurance that it's conclusions are valid and appropriate.
