Market engagement event for an out of court disposal for domestic abuse perpetrators
The purpose of the event is to discuss with market providers the requirements for a pilot for the provision of an out of court disposal scheme for domestic abuse.
The Director of Public Prosecutions has agreed to consider exemptions for seven forces (including Northamptonshire) to use conditional cautions for cases involving domestic abuse.

This event will provide an outline of the intervention required and will take place on Tuesday 12th February commencing at 10am and will end no later than 1pm.
The location of the event is: Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, Northamptonshire Police HQ, Wootton Hall, Northampton, NN4 0JQ Please register your interest in this event and the names and positions of those attending through EU supply by Friday 8th February at 12:00.
